Scholarship Application Information

Applications for the 2025 Scholarship Awards have opened as of Monday, January 6, 2025.

All applicants must complete an application with essay, 2 letters of recommendation, high school transcript information and optional SAT/ACT.  You can view and download current forms for the 2024-2025 school year below.  You will return your completed application with an essay to the CCRC no later than 3:30 pm on Friday, April 4, 2025. The review committee will not accept applications received after the deadline. You will be notified no later than May 7th, 2025 which is Senior Awards Night when the Scholarships are Awarded.
